We minimize collection, do not sell personal data, and do not use advertising trackers. Local-only features keep their content on your device.
1. Scope and operator
This policy explains how Simple Apps / 简序, an independent software publisher operated from Hong Kong, handles personal data across its products. Contact support@simple-apps.online for privacy questions or requests.
2. Information common to our services
- Account email and authentication identifiers when you create an account.
- Purchase status, Stripe customer references, subscription or credit balances, and invoice references. We do not receive full card numbers.
- Limited technical, security, and request data needed to operate and protect the services.
- Messages you send to support.
3. Product-specific data
Omini Timer
Local timer presets remain on your device unless you enable cloud sync. With sync, account information and selected presets are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure. Text submitted for AI routine or voice generation is sent to the configured AI provider to generate the requested result.
Kaloris
Guest-mode foods, logs, goals, water, and weight records remain on your device. If you create an account and upload or sync data, we store nutrition logs, custom foods and recipes, favorites, goals, water, and weight data on Google Cloud infrastructure in the European Union. Barcode numbers can be sent to our servers and Open Food Facts for lookup. Authentication is provided by Firebase.
4. How we use data
We use data to authenticate users, provide requested features, sync data, process and reconcile payments, deliver support, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain reliability, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell or rent personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.
5. Service providers
- Stripe for payment processing, billing, tax calculation, and fraud prevention.
- Cloudflare for hosting, delivery, security, and Omini cloud services.
- Google Cloud and Firebase for Kaloris hosting and authentication.
- AI providers configured by Omini for requested generation features.
- Open Food Facts for fallback barcode and food lookups.
Providers process data under their own terms and only for the relevant service function.
6. Storage, retention, and international processing
Data may be processed where we or our providers operate, including Hong Kong, the United States, and the European Union. We retain account and synced data while needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Local-only data can be removed by clearing app or browser storage.
7. Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of account data by contacting us from the account email. You can disable sync and continue using local features. We respond according to applicable law; some billing or security records may need to be retained.
8. Cookies and local storage
We use essential browser storage for sessions, preferences, and local product data. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
9. Children and security
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system is completely secure.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as products or providers change. Material changes will be reflected by the updated date and, where appropriate, communicated in the product or by email.
