Simple Apps / 简序 (“Simple Apps”, “we”, “us”) is an independent software publisher operated from Hong Kong. By accessing or using one of our products, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and the applicable product-specific terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must provide accurate information, keep your email current, protect your credentials, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Payments and taxes

Web payments are processed by Stripe. Prices and purchase terms are shown before payment. You authorize the displayed charge and, for Kaloris, recurring monthly charges until cancellation. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Paid offers may be limited by customer location during validation.

See our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms removes non-waivable consumer rights.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the services, interfere with their operation, access another person’s data, bypass usage or payment controls, scrape protected systems, reverse engineer where prohibited, or use a service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access necessary to protect users or our systems.

7. Health and fitness disclaimer

Omini and Kaloris provide general fitness, timing, and nutrition information. They are not medical devices and do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional advice. Nutrition values and generated content may be inaccurate. Consult a qualified professional before changing an exercise or nutrition program, particularly if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have a history of disordered eating.

8. Your content and data

You retain ownership of content and personal data you enter. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, sync, and return it to operate the selected features. Our Privacy Policy explains our data practices.

9. Availability and changes

Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. For a recurring paid service, material price changes will be communicated before they affect a future billing period.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simple Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or loss caused by relying on generated, nutrition, or fitness information. Our aggregate liability relating to a paid service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service in the twelve months before the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.

11. Governing law and updates

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without removing mandatory protections that apply where you live. We may update them as products evolve. Material changes will be identified by the updated date and, where appropriate, communicated in the product or by email.
